- Belle Vue Court, a Victorian structure that was being disused and was progressively falling into despair.
- Llwynpia Magistrates Court, a large disused former courthouse with a nuclear bunker. Edwards Investments saw the potential in this court and developed it as a new training centre for ITEC, the international specialist examining and training college. It is now houses around 300 people daily.
- Barry Magistrates Court is another of the company’s acquisitions, a huge development that is soon to feature 52 affordable houses and flats and 13,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
